手术与非手术治疗子宫肌瘤合并妊娠68例的临床效果分析
Analysis the effect of operative freat ment and non-operative freat ment on uterine fibroid combined with pregnancy in 68 cases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of operative treatment and non-operative treatment in uterine fibroid combined with pregnancy.Methods:68 patients with uterine fibroid combined with pregnancy were selected,in which 50 cases of cesarean section at the same time with hysteromyomectomy as the operation group,18 cases of vaginal spontaneous labor as the non operative group.45 patients without uterine fibroid with caesarean section at the same time were selected as the control group 1,6 patients without uterine fibroid with vaginal labor at the same time were as the control group 2. Results:The intrapartum bleeding volumes of the operation group and the non operative group,the control group 1 were compared, the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The intrapartum bleeding volumes of the control group 2 and the non operative group were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the concrete condition,we choose delivery mode when uterine fibroid combined with pregnancy.If giving cesarean section,it is safe and effective to remove the uterine fibroid at the same time.关键词
