新生儿锁骨骨折的回顾性统计分析
Retrospective statistical analysis of neonatal clavicle fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the main causes and preventive measures of neonatal clavicle fracture caused by natural labor. Methods:84 neonatal patients with clavicle fracture were selected,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 84 patients,60 cases of clavicle fractures were found in the clinical delivery process,all patients did not receive special treatment during hospitalization,in 1 week,they were all normal discharged.Other 24 patients with fracture were found by X-ray examination due to other diseases after leaving hospital,when found,the callus had formed.All patients did not have the dysfunction or the appearance of the deformity and other adverse consequences.Conclusion:Intrapartum neonatal clavicle fracture was closely related to the development of the newborn and dystocia,fracture healing was good,but it had greater negative impact,therefore,we should take effective measures to prevent it.关键词
