Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods and clinical curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:80 patients with oral ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional drug treatment.The treatment group was given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor treatment.The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of patients,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and can improve the body's immune function,shorten the healing time.关键词
