Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia in primary hospital.Methods:52 elderly patients with inguinal hernia were selected.They were given tension-free hernioplasty treatment.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:52 cases were all cured with operation,there had no operative mortality case,there had no obvious complications occurred,the patients were followed up for 2 to 8 years,there was no recurrence case.Conclusion:The tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia has simple and easy operation,less trauma,the postoperative recovery is fast,the complication rate is low.It is worthy of promotion and use in primary hospital.关键词
