益气活血化痰通络汤治疗急性脑梗死50例的病例报告
Case report of treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo phlegm in 50 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo phlegm. Methods:50 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 25 cases,the control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group on the basis of the use of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo, comparing the clinical effect.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the observation group of patients with neurological function defect score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo phlegm can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the neurological function.关键词
