中药治疗痛风性关节炎的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:94 patients with gouty arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 47 cases in each.The control group was given meloxicam orally.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.The joint pain degree(VAS) scores,ESR,C-reactive protein levels of two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores,ESR,C-reactive protein levels of two groups after treatment were improved than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis has a satisfactory clinical effect,and its the adverse reactions are few.关键词
