Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance and the link of simultaneous determination of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose.Methods:100 patients with diabetes were selected,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured,we analyzed the results of the test.Results:Fasting blood glucose (8.81 ± 2.43)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin (7.4±1.18)% in 30 cases.Fasting blood glucose (5.37±0.72)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin (5.02±0.98)% in 30 cases.Fasting blood glucose (5.42 ± 0.57),glycosylated hemoglobin (7.24 ± 1.02)% in 20 cases.Fasting blood glucose (6.81 ± 0.78)mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin (5.48±0.46)% in 20 cases.Conclusion:It had important implications for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes of simultaneous determination of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose.关键词
