摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum cholesterol and prognosis of septic shock in children.Methods:53 children with septic shock were selected,24 cases were improved,29 cases died.Cholesterol and the function of each organ of 53 patients were monitored,we observed the relationship between cholesterol level and prognosis.Results:The difference of cholesterol was statistically significant between the death group and the survival group.With the increase of the number of dysfunctional organs,the lower of the cholesterol level,the mortality rate was gradually increased.In the logistic regression analysis, model testχ 2=26.781,P=0.000,the model had statistical significance.Cholesterol OR=0.565,OR<1,cholesterol can not be a risk factor for septic shock.Conclusion:Monitoring of serum cholesterol level was helpful to evaluate the severity and prognosis of patients with septic shock.关键词
