苏州市吴中区儿童急性下呼吸道感染病原体分布情况及其季节分布特点分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the seasonal distribution characteristics and the pathogen of children acute lower respiratory tract infection(ALRI) at wuzhong district of suzhou city.Methods:2 638 cases with ALRI were selected,the infections were analyzed.Results:In 2 638 cases with ALRI,the test result of 1 044 cases(39.58%) were positive,including 548 cases(20.77%) of mycoplasma infection,471 cases(17.85%) of viral infection,114 cases(4.28%) of bacterial infection and 113 cases(4.32%) of mixed infection.The positive rate of bacteria was the highest in summer(P<0.05),the positive rate of virus detection was highest in winter(P<0.05),the positive rate of mycoplasma was the highest in summer(P<0.05),in spring and winter,the positive rate of mixed infection was higher than that in summer and autumn(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae and virus were the main pathogens of children acute lower respiratory tract infection at wuzhong district of suzhou city,the positive rate of bacteria was the highest in summer,the positive rate of virus detection was highest in winter,the positive rate of mycoplasma was the highest in summer,in spring and winter,the positive rate of mixed infection was higher than that in summer and autumn.关键词
