摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sum up the nursing experience of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and improve the quality of nursing care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases,the control group for routine care.The observation group for patients with specific circumstances of nursing intervention,including psychological intervention,dietary intervention,rest and exercise intervention,etc..Results:The two group of patients with 6 min walking distance,LVEF,cardiac function NYHA grade,quality of life, happiness,family function,functional life index,daily life ability after nursing care and nursing care were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can improve the effect of treatment and nursing quality.关键词
