Abstract
Objective:To discuss the experience of suspension traction treatment of pediatric femoral shaft fractures.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with femoral shaft fractures treated with self made simple suspension traction bed,summarizing the experience and lessons.Results:All fractures were treated with satisfactory results,no skin ulceration and fracture nonunion.Conclusion:Simple suspended bed for treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children is simple,easy to care, curative effect is satisfactory.关键词
