Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors and nursing strategy pressure ulcer in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegy.Methods:136 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegy were selected.The gender,age,Waterlow score,diabetes history, infection,NIHSS score,BMI,serum protein and other clinical data were summarized and analyzed.Results:The patients with age more than or equal to 70 years old,Waterlow score more than 12 points,infection,NIHSS score more than or equal to 20 points, BMI(kg/m2) more than or equal to 24 or serum protein less than 60 g/L were more likely to happen pressure ulcer.Conclusion:The age,Waterlow score,diabetes history,infection,NIHSS score,BMI and serum protein are the main risk factors for the occurrence of pressure sores in patients with hemiplegia.关键词
