Abstract
Thyroid disease is a common disease in clinic,and clinical diagnosis is not difficult,but in the elderly patient population,because of the special physiological characteristics of the elderly,the clinical manifestation is not typical,the disease prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,this article briefly describes the misdiagnosis analysis of 16 elderly patients with thyroid disease with neurological symptoms and psychiatric symptoms as the first manifestation,to provide discuss for clinic.关键词
