Abstract
Objective:To explore the rate and cause of misdiagnosis of patients with re-examination within 72 hours in emergency treatment.Methods:The clinical data of adult patients with re-examination within 72 hours in emergency treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:444 valid samples were selected,39 cases(8.7%) were judged as initial misdiagnosis,the two most common initial diagnosiss were acute gastroenteritis in 9 cases and upper respiratory tract infection in 6 cases,the two most common final diagnosiss were biliary tract diseases in 6 cases and urinary tract infection in 6 cases.The reasons of misdiagnosis were that medical history collection was not comprehensive,physical examination was not comprehensive,comprehensive analysis was not enough.Conclusion:Emergency patients in old age,visiting at late night and with re-examination within 48 hours were prone to misdiagnosis.关键词
