转cry1Ab基因棉花质粒标准分子的构建与分析
Construction and Analysis of Reference Moleculer of Transgenic cry1Ab Cotton
摘要
Abstract
To alleviate the serious lack of the standard product used in testing the genetically modified product, the plasmidic reference moleculer which contain the cry1Ab gene sequences of genetically modified cotton and the fsACP (fiber-specific acyl carrier protein) internal standard genetic sequences of cotton were selected. We investigated the stability of reference moleculer which was treated under different temperature at the different time by qPCR (real-time quantitative PCR).The results showed that the reference moleculer had good stability which can stored at low temperature conditions (-70 ℃, -20 ℃ and 4 ℃) for six months, and can’t be stored at high temperature condition (20 ℃ and 40 ℃). This study will provide a reference of the preparation, trait analysis and storage of reference moleculer.关键词
