The protective effect of Danggui Buxue decoction on radiation injury in mice
目的：观察当归补血汤对60 C0-γ射线辐照小鼠的防护作用。方法将实验小鼠随机分为5组（正常对照组、模型组、当归补血汤低、中、高剂量组），采用60 C0-γ放射源照射除正常对照组外的各组小鼠，建立辐射损伤模型，测定各组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞数（NEUT）、骨髓有核细胞数（BMC）、血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性及血清丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果辐射损伤小鼠的NEUT、BMC及SOD活性均明显降低（P ＜0.01），MDA含量增高（P ＜0.01）。…查看全部>>
Objective To observe the protective effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on 60 Co-γray irradiated mice.
