抗鸡β干扰素单克隆抗体的制备及初步鉴定

Abstract
Eight-week-old Balb/c mice were immunized with purified recombinant pCold-Ch IFN-β. Spleen cells were collected and fused with myeloma SP2/0 cells. Two hybridomas secreting antibodies against IFN-βwere obtained and their ascitic ELISA titers were up to 103. Western blot analysis showed that both McAbs reacted with recombinant IFN-βprotein. The minimum detection concentration of one McAb was below 15 pg/mL IFN-β. The generation of specific McAbs could provided an important tool for detection of IFN-βand evaluation of poultry vaccines.关键词
