摘要
Abstract
Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity is one of the common complications of abdominal surgery. Its incidence, morbidity and mortality rate are high. After abdominal surgery,patients have both patient-specific and procedure-specific risk factors. Perioperative risk stratification should be carried out,and combined with the risk of bleeding to choose the best prevention method. The treatment of DVT,including anticoagulation,thrombolysis, mechanical thrombus removal and placement of inferior vena cava filter,relies on the different conditions of different patients. In short,the prevention and treatment of DVT in lower extremity during perioperative period of abdominal surgery should be personalized.关键词
