Abstract
Nattokinase activity recovery and the immobilized rate as the index of immobilized nattokinase condi -tions,optimized by single factor and orthogonal design .The optimal immobilization conditions: concentration of sodium alginate was 1.80%, the concentration of CMC was 0.50%, the concentration of CaCl 2 was 0.30%.关键词
