摘要

Abstract

Optimizing medical services and improving patient experience were important content of public hospital reform. The wechat platform was one of the most important instant communication platforms in the mobile internet era,with the characteristics of wide-range users,strong agglutinant,simple and easy to use. Integrating wechat platform and hospital information system,carrying out application services of appointment,real-time registration, medication quiz based on doctor-patient interaction can effectively reduce patients’ invalid waiting in hospitals and strengthen the communication between doctors and patients. It helps to improve the medical services experience,and promote the transformation of the medical service mode. This paper introduced the practice of carrying out medical services using a wechat platform in Shanghai Children’s Hospital,explored the key problems of wechat medical services,and predicted the future development.
