Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the comprehensive reform of community health care in Karamay of Xin Jiang Uygur Autonomous Region in order to provide the evidence for decision making in the city as well as in China. Methods:A questionnaire survey in all 11 community health care centers and 26 health stations in Karamay was conducted and the data were analyzed. Results:Community health manpower increased by 20.62%in 2013 compared with that in 2009,personnel structure became rational,equipment and facilities had been improved significantly,health care had been improved both quantitatively and qualitatively,and patient satisfaction reached 96.35%. Conclusion:The comprehensive reform of community health care in Karamay has improved the competence of community health care. It has also made the community health care more attractive to patients,and facilitated the expansion of basic public health care. However,human resource management of community health care is the key issue for its future development.关键词
