国外公共卫生医师培养策略及启示
Training strategies for public health doctors in foreign countries and its implication

Abstract
Personal quality and skills of public health doctors play very critical roles in delivering high quality health service for population. There are different training models for Chinese public health doctors compared with those in other countries. How to build high capacity and improve their field skills for public health doctors in order to do well on disease control and prevention,as well as the public health emerging events response? It is a very urgent challenge and must be dealt with in order to meet the social demand for public health. This article summarized some public health training programs in the United States,Britain,Cuba and India and briefly introduced objectives,targeted trainees, training period and contents of their public health training programs. Some suggestions were proposed for Shanghai standardized public health medical training program.关键词
