Abstract
This paper mainly discussed the responsibility and the ability of chief accountants and described how to clearly define the role of chief accountants,how to effectively work on the basis of position duty and how to balance the relationship of all related aspects. The paper aimed to improve the ability of performing chief accountants’ duty in hospitals and enhancing their function in the modern hospital economic management.关键词
