The construction of one-stop logistic maintenance center in a grade A tertiary comprehensive hospital
摘要
Abstract
This paper explored the construction and operation of one-stop logistic maintenance center in a grade A tertiary comprehensive hospital. Current situation of logistic maintenance in this hospital was analyzed. Satisfaction data were collected six months before and after the introduction of informatization management software as well as the construction and operation of one-stop logistic maintenance center,and comparative analysis was made. The informatization of logistic maintenance center has played a role in saving the complete records,tracking the maintenance process,carrying out preventive maintenance,and improving satisfaction. As a new logistic management mode for this hospital,one-stop logistic maintenance center has promoted the efficiency of logistic maintenance and safeguarded the current and future development of the hospital.关键词
