Effects of different ratio between base and topdressing N-fertilizers and N application rates on yield and quality of tobacco leaves in dry land of purple soil

Effects of different ratio between base and topdressing and N application rates on yield and quality of tobacco leaf were investigated by randomized block experiment in dry-land purple soil. Results showed that significant differences existed in plant height, stem diameter, effective leaf number, single leaf weight and yield and quality of tobacco leaf under N135-4-6 and N135-5-5 treatments compared with N135-6-4 treatment.
