HPLC法同时测定芪白平肺颗粒中4种皂苷类成分的含量
Simultaneous Determination of the Contents of 4 Saponins in Qibai Pingfei Granule by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rb1 and astragaloside in Qibai pingfei granule. METHODS:HPLC-ELSD was performed on the column of Kromasil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 1.5 ml/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,drift tube temperature was 40 ℃,carrier gas was nitrogen gas with gas pressure of 3.5 bar,and the volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 1.395-7.440 μg for ginsenoside Rg1(r=0.999 8),1.313-7.000 μg for ginsenoside Re(r=0.999 9),1.398-7.456 μg for ginsenoside Rb1(r=0.999 9) and 1.427-7.608 μg for astragaloside (r=0.999 5);RSDs of precision ,stability and reproducibility test were no more than 2%;the recoveries were 100.80%-103.10%(RSD=0.74%,n=6),100.30%-102.70%(RSD=0.97%,n=6), 99.03%-99.74%(RSD=0.30%,n=6)and 98.33%-99.91%(RSD=0.63%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is sensitive,simple and reproducible,and can be used for the contents determination of 4 saponins in Qibai pingfei granule.关键词
