目的:建立丹芪偏瘫胶囊挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)指纹图谱.方法:采用GC-MS法.色谱条件:色谱柱为BPX 5,进样口温度为250℃,程序升温,载气为氦气,流速为1 ml/min,分流进样,分流比为50:1,进样量为0.02μl;质谱条件:离子源为电子轰击,轰击能量为70 eV,离子源温度为200℃,传输线温度为250℃,扫描范围为40~500 amu,溶剂延迟2 min.以色谱峰面积最大的色谱峰为参照峰,分析10批丹芪偏瘫胶囊…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE:To establish the GC-MS fingerprint spectrum of volatile components in Danqi piantan capsule. METH-ODS:GC-MS was performed.
