人肾上腺肿瘤组织中蛋白激酶Cα和血管内皮生长因子的表达及意义
Expression of Protein Kinase Cαand Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Human Adrenal Tumor

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the expression of protein kinase Cα(PKCα)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in adrenal tumor, adrenal hyperplasia and normal adrenal tissue,so as to supply a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. Methods Totally 73 specimens of human adrenal gland were collected with clear pathological diagnosis,including 41 cases of adrenal adenoma,25 cases of adrenal hyperplasia,and 7 cases of normal adrenal samples. The expression of PKCαand VEGF of the specimens were determined by real?time PCR,West?ern blot and immunohistochemistry method. Results The positive expression rates of PKCαand VEGF in adrenal adenoma were both significantly higher than adrenal hyperplasia and normal adrenal . The positive expression rates of PKCαand VEGF in adrenal hyperplasia were slightly higher than normal adrenal tissue;however,the difference between these two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion The high expression lev?els of PKCαand VEGF might be related with the angiogenesis and proliferation of adrenal tumor. PKCαand VEGF could be the new markers for the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal tumor.关键词
