Abstract
Objective To study the expressions of EGFR and HER?2/neu proteins in gastric carcinoma and the conditions of prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 90 gastric cancer patients during November 2006 to November 2013 were chosen as the observation group,and 50 cases of nor?mal gastric tissues were chosen as the control group. The expressions of EGFR and HER?2/neu proteins in the two groups were measured by immuno?histochemical staining to analyze the relationship of their expression with clinical features. Results The positive rate of EGFR and HER?2/neu ex?pressions in the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The expressions of EGFR and HER?2/neu proteins were closely related with differentiation,clinical stages,mucosa invasion depth,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis of gastric can?cer,with statistical significance(P<0.05),however,no relations were detected with gender,age,tumor size and tumor site(P>0.05). The expres?sion of EGFR showed a positive correlation with HER?2/neu. Conclusion There was a close relationship of EGFR and HER?2/neu expressions with the onset and progression of gastric cancer. The expression of EGFR showed a positive correlation with HER?2/neu.关键词
