Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the zygomatic plastic surgery wire fixation stability.Methods A total of 68 cases patients with zygoma zygomatic plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, through 3D CT three-dimensional CT reconstruction, the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.ResultsAccording image analysis software measurement and patients with zygomatic arch width was significantly reduced, and compared with 15 days after surgery and zygomatic arch width did not change significantly. Conclusion Zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch hypertrophy patients to the process of shaping, using wire fixing both ends of the osteotomy, can effectively reduce the width of the zygomatic arch, and postoperative stability good, it is worth popularization and application.关键词
