Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of application and research of safety barrier in the management of high-risk drugs. Methods The hospital in 2008 January-2011 December high-risk drugs management work is divided into two stages, from 2008 to 2009, continue to take traditional drug management, high-risk drug administration safety barrier method is implemented in 2010-2011, compare the risk of adverse drug events and the incidence of. Results From 2008 to 2009 21 cases of high-risk drug wrong, high-risk medication error rate was 0.044%, 17 cases of high-risk drug or lose, high-risk drug wrong transmission rate of 0.035%;2010 to 2011 2 cases of high-risk drug wrong, high-risk medication error rate was 0.004%, 1 cases of high-risk drug or lose, high-risk a drug or the transmission rate of 0.002%. Visible high-risk drug administration safety barrier after the implementation of high-risk drugs, error rate and the risk of drug wrong lose rate decreased significantly, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of high-risk drug administration safety barrier can significantly reduce high-risk medication error rate and high-risk drugs wrong transmission rate, to improve the patients clinical medication safety is important.关键词
