Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reaction in blood donors to donate blood, and for the prevention of adverse reactions, and put forward countermeasures against. Methods A retrospective analysis of research methods, causes of 158 cases of voluntary blood donors had adverse reaction and nursing countermeasures of statistics and classification, thus summed up the main reason to cause adverse reactions, in order to carry out effective prevention and care of. Results The main causes of adverse reactions mainly include three categories, namely blood causes the nurses, and the environmental factors. The donors themselves cause chain reaction and fasting etc.. Conclusion In order to prevent blood donors had adverse reaction, it should be managed according to the specific reasons.关键词
