The Importance of Long-term Perspective Evaluation of the Cost-effectiveness for Vaccine
摘要
Abstract
Objective That the cost-effectiveness analysis of Pneumococcal Conjugate 7-value Vaccine provided evidences for the importance of long-term analysis. Methods Form the payer’ s perspective; the study built the Markov model to imitate this programme’ s cost and outcome in 10 years accounting to cost data from Beijing’s hospital and epidemiological data which are got from China’s Taiwan regin Na-tional Health Insurance database. Results This programme would avoid 6390 people die and gain 6393.33 QALYs in Beijing besides saving 7.14 yuan per people in 10 years. Conclusion The long-term evaluation is very important and necessary in the cost-effectiveness analysis for vaccine.关键词
