摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between type 2 diabetic patients with microalbuminuria and vascular lesions of lower extremities. Methods The object of this study were 100 cases, al patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from 2011 October to 2012 October were, normal proteinuria patients (Control group, n=48) and microalbuminuria patients (Observation group, n=52) clinical data were compared. Results The group of foot pain diameter of artery, popliteal artery diameter, femoral artery inner legs, compared with the control group, were significantly reduced performance, blood flow was significantly reduced, the peak speed, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). The observation group vascular disease rate was 44.2%, the control group of vascular lesions was 8.3%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease microalbuminuria can play a predictive value, so the clinical need to improve on the microalbuminuria screening,to large vascular disease found in time, and the given antihypertensive, antidiabetic, take receptor antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor treatment, improve the urinary albumin status, radical y reduce the lower extremity vascular disease rate, improve prognosis, improve the life quality of the patients.关键词
