Abstract
Objective The etiology, prognosis and dynamic changes of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease consciousness, to provide some guidance for the clinical treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with disorder of consciousness. Methods 242 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases from 2009 June to 2012 June in our hospital were patients with disturbance of consciousness, of which 80 cases were analyzed retrospectively, state of consciousness through case to determine the reason, and take the effective treatment method of treatment, curative effect. Results 80 patients complicated with disorder of consciousness in 242 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases,the incidence rate was 33.1%,in which conscious trance in 14 cases,accounting for 17.5%, lethargy in 28 cases, accounting for 35%, coma in 38 cases, accounting for 47.5%; the main causes of acute <br> cerebrovascular disease consciousness obstacle is brain hemorrhage (77.5%), cerebral embolism (66.7%), subarachnoid hemorrhage (60%) and hypertensive encephalopathy (40%); disturbance of consciousness can be used to judge the prognosis of acute cerebral vascular disease and the basis; after active treatment, 80 cases were cured in 30 cases, accounting for 37.5%, i mprovement in 26 cases, accounting for 32.5%, 24 cases of death, 30%, died of hemorrhagic acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with disorder of consciousness in 14 cases, accounting for 58.3%, ischemic acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with disorder of consciousness of death in 10 cases, accounting for 41.7%. Conclusion Early diagnosis is the key to reduce the mortality of patients with acute cerebral vascular disease, disorder of consciousness, can effectively promote the recovery of brain function, disturbance of consciousness can be used as acute cerebral vascular disease diagnosis and prognosis.关键词
