Abstract
Objective Study and analyze the clinical effect of respirator on patients with severe acute left heart failure emergency. Methods Selecting 60 patients with severe acute left heart failure emergency in hospital from July, 2010-July, 2012, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 30 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment for the emergency, and on the basis of conventional therapy, the observation group plused the respirator treatment. Counting two groups’ emergency rate, and the emergency rate after their hospital admission,complicated with multiple organ failure after giving up the treatment of probability, and overal mortality rat, and analyzed the statistical data. Results Observation group’s mortality rate of emergency in hospital, the mortality rate after admission the mortality rate and the complicated multiple organ failure after giving up the treatment and the total mortality were significantly lower than those of the control group, and it had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of respirator on patients with severe acute left heart failure emergency, which significantly contributes to the respiratory function of patients with early correction, avoids the phenomenon of ischemia and hypoxia for patients, delaying the patient’s failure of heart function, to prevent further development of the il ness.关键词
