Abstract
Objective To explore Cefminox the efficacy and safety of treatment of urinary tract infections. Methods Urinary tract infection in our hospital in January 2011 to January 2013, 100 patients were treated randomly divided into observation group and the control group, the observation group patients give Cefminox treatment, the control group were treated with levofloxacin in the treatment, compared to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment method. Results The clinical efficacy total effective rate of 96.0%, the clinical efficacy of the control group, the total effective rate of 88.0%, a significant difference (P<0.05) in the two groups on the clinical efficacy;two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Cefminox treatment of urinary tract infections a significant effect, safety, reliability, and worthy of extensive promotion and use in clinical.关键词
