Abstract
Objective To investigate the anesthetic ef ects and safety of propofol combined with fentanyl, midazolam in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient operation. Methods Made 86 cases of gynecological operation patients as the research object, given propofol combined with fentanyl midazolam, and 86 patients used propofol combined with fentanyl during the same period were as the control, the anesthetic effects of two groups were observed. Results The ef ects of drug used for observe group on respiration and circulation were significantly lower than that of control group on the node of eyelash reflex disappeared (P<0.05);onset time was (2.2±0.8)min, which was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); propofol dosage was (82.3±25.5)mg, which was significantly less than the control group (P<0.01);agitation and adverse reactions were less than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl midazolam used in gynecological outpatient operation had the advantages of onset time fast, less ef ect on respiration and circulation, low dosage of propofol, the anesthesia ef ect was better than that of propofol combined with fentanyl, which was worthy of further clinical study.关键词
