Abstract
Objective Effects of intervention on compliance of patients with hypertension in community nursing analysis. Intervention of community nursing methods Of 76 patients with essential hypertension, divided into the observation group and the control group of 38 cases. The patients in observation group received community nursing intervention actively, while the control group only traditional nursing measures, after six months, we determined the compliance of the patients in the two groups. Results Observation group of patients through the community nursing intervention,judged to be ful y compliance of patients with a total of 30 cases, the observation group and 78.9% of thetotal,medication adherence is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistical y significant. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can significantly improve patients with high blood pressure medication adherence, and control of other patients with complications,reduce the burden of the patients' families, improves patient's quality of life.关键词
