精神分裂症患者社区康复训练的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of schizophrenia patients in community rehabilitation training after. Methods 80 patients with stable patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and 40 cases in the control group. Rehabilitation training for 8 weeks of rehabilitation group, fol owed up for 8 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) to assess the patients. Results Recovery scale and general psychopathology subscale scores from training eighth weeks were group PAN-SS total score and the negative weight (50.13±2.69)%、(13.51±1.62)%、(26.93±1.76)%, significantly better than the control group (59.13±1.92)%、(17.56±1.71)%、(28.61±1.72)%, the dif erence was significant (P<0.01);rehabilitation group insight in training for eighth weekends (9.98±1.83)%, higher than that of the control group、(7.86± 2.21)%, the dif erence was significant (P<0.01); fol ow-up of 8 weeks of two groups had no recurrence. Conclusion Rehabilitation training can improve the patients with schizophrenia treatment ef ect, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
