Abstract
Objective To analyze the specific application of idea of human-oriented nursing in obstetrics and gynecology in nursing management. Methods Randomly selected in 2012 January to December in our hospital were 202 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, one control routine nursing care to patients, and the patients in the experimental group adopt the nursing measures of people-oriented, take the evaluation of scientific methods, a comparative analysis of nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results Patients in the experimental group after nursing intervention, the patient's disease uncertainty decreased, improve the patient's satisfaction, with statistical y significant difference compared with the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The idea of human-oriented nursing can be applied wel in nursing obstetrics and Gynecology, can receive the care effect is good, and worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
