Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with atrial fibrilation.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,84 patients with atrial fibrilation were randomly divided into study group and control group by random digits table method,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oral times his Le Ke,the patients in the treatment group in the control group on the basis of oral administration of irbesartan,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,atrial fibrilation attack frequency and duration.Results Patients in the study group,the total efficiency was 90.5%,signif- icantly higher than that of 73.8% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);study group of patients with atrial fibrilation episodes was significantly less than that of the control group,duration was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with atrial fibrilation clinical curative effect,can avoid or reduce the onset of atrial fibrilation.关键词
