Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary artery disease.Methods Selected in October 2012 to 2014 October in Shandong Jining Medical Colege Affiliated Hospital of 96 patients with no symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease,by spiral CT coronary artery angiography for diagnosis of the disease,in the examination after the end of the two weeks accept percutaneous selective coronary angiography.The coincidence rate of the results of coronary artery angiography and percutaneous selective coronary angiography were compared with the results of spiral CT coronary angiography. Results There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT coronary angiography and percutaneous selective coronary angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT coronary angiography has a higher accuracy in diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary heart disease,and has the advantages of safety,noninvasive and quick.关键词
