胶囊内镜在胃肠道疾病患者诊断中的应用价值
Clinical Application Value of Capsule Endoscopy in Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Diseases

Abstract
Objective Clinical value of capsule endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods Selected in February 2012 to 2014 June in Shenyang Military Region General Hospital to check the 86 cases of suspected gastrointestinal disease patients underwent capsule endoscopy,record of capsule endoscopy in digestive tract in al parts of the residence time and detection of lesions type.Results Capsule on gastric residence time 35~332 min,average(72±5) min,with an average time in smal intestine of 150~630 min;average(284±5) min;capsule discharge in vitro time 4 h to 6 days, average(32.4±1.5) h;inspection process in patients without discomfort or pain complaints and found no block meal and obstruction and other complications;86 patients found that 73 cases of lesions.The total detection rate was 84.9%(73/86).Conclusion Capsule endoscopy is a good diagnostic value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases,especialy in the smal intestine,which is simple,safe and reliable.关键词
