摘要
Abstract
Objective Study of cefoxitin sodium with 4 kinds of solution and stability.Methods Wil cefoxitin sodium and 0.9%sodium chloride solution,5%glucose solution,glucose and sodium chloride solution,xylitol solution compatibility,using high performance liquid chromatography examination of cefoxitin sodium content.Results Concentration detection in 50~800μl range of cefoxitin sodium linear relationship good,cefoxitin sodium for injection with four kinds of mixed solution within 12 h concentration was more than 93%.Conclusion Under the temperature of 25 DEG C,cefoxitin sodium combined with 4 kinds of solution was stable within 12 h.关键词
