Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the irrational use of antibiotics and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Methods November January 2013 to 2014 Yunnan Province Lincang zhenkang County People's Hospital for diagnosis and treatment of adverse drug reactions in patients with 62 patients were selected to col ect clinical data of the patients,to carry on the statistical analysis to the the use of antibacterial drug type,route of administration,adverse reactions occur rate and adverse reaction of form and location.Results Quinolone induced adverse reaction rate was the highest,fol owed by beta lactam antibiotics;adverse reactions mainly involving the skin and soft tissue.Secondly,for the digestive system;unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs mainly medication for a long time,speed too fast,the dose is too large,the high drug concentration;Pearson correlation analysis showed that,medi-cation for a long time,speed is too fast,excessive dosage,high drug concentration and antibacterial drugs,the adverse reactions were positively correlated.Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,the use of antibiotics should be used to understand the use of drugs,the indications,the possible adverse reactions,and so on.关键词
