灰阶超声与多普勒超声对甲状腺乳头状癌患者的诊断价值
The Clinical Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound and Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma.Methods Select 80 cases of February 2014 to October 2014 in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital were papil ary thyroid cancer patients,the gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in al patients and compared two kinds of examination for thyroid carcinoma and lymph node metastasis diagnosis coincidence rate.Results Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma with lymph node metastasis,the results and pathological examination,the coincidence rate was obviously higher than that of gray scale ultrasound,the difference is statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate of lymph node metastases of papil ary thyroid carcinoma,the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound is superior to.关键词
