Abstract
Objective:To provide references for the clinical rational use of drug by analyzing the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by Aescine sodium injection .Methods:A total of 1149 ADR/ADE cases of Aescine sodium injection collect-ed by Henan center for ADR monitoring from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed by retrospective study .Results: The main adverse reactions of Aescine sodium injection were administration site disorder (404 cases, 28.55%), skin and appendages disorders (374 cases, 26.43%), whole-general body disorder (296 cases, 20.92%).The common serious reactions were showed as pain at the injection site , erythra, and phlebophlogosis, ect.Conclusion:It is important to pay attention to the ADR/ADE caused by Aescine sodium injection, in order to improve the rational use in clinical, complete the drug specification, prevent serious adverse drug reactions, and ensure clinical medication safety.关键词
