左氧氟沙星不合理用药128例分析
Analysis on Irrational Use of Levofloxacin of 128 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide a theoretical reference for the clinical application of levofloxacin , which in order to analyze adverse drug reaction/event(ADR/ADE) and drug-induced disease by the correlative of levofloxacin .Methods:ADR/ADE induced by levoflox-acin collected in our hospital from 2009 to 2013 were investigated retrospectively according to the related guidelines and documents ,and determines the reasonableness of medication .Results:In the total 128 cases, There were 48 patients with no existing reasonable drug ap-plication with the indication , 2 patients with incompatibility of drug , 1 patient with drug interaction , 5 patients of overdose .Conclusion:Levofloxacin should be applicated strictly according to indication and proper dosage ;with special attention for prohibitive compatibility and contraindications in order to reduce ADR/ADE.关键词
