Abstract
] Objective:To study Clinical value of Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section with severe pre-eclampsia. Method:Using Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for 46 patients of severe preeclampsia during cesarean section operation patients and 50 healthy cesarean operation patients undergoing anesthesia,compared two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative hemodynamic changes and related indexes.Result:Two groups of maternal operation each time a case of group SBP,DBP and HR were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant statistical difference(P<0.01),neonatal 10 min Apgar score differences between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),the two groups of women were not found in complicated with pulmonary edema.Conclusion:Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for patients with severe preeclampsia cesarean section is safe and effective.关键词
